Invoice payment options

Renegade Technologies offers a number of payment options for your convenience. The ACH and QuickPay methods are strongly preferred for many reasons: they're convenient, your payment posts faster, there's no cost, no risk of lost mail, and you don't have to worry about address changes.

ACH transfer

This service (which stands for Automated Clearing House, a.k.a. "bank-to-bank") is offered by all US banks and is usually free to account holders. It takes 3-4 business days for us to receive your payment when using this method. Please contact us for the needed account information.

Chase QuickPay

If your bank doesn't offer ACH transfers to you directly, you can use the free Chase Online QuickPay service and you don't need an account with Chase to use it (since Renegade Technologies has one.) The service does an ACH transfer in the background so it takes 3-4 business days for us to receive your payment when using this method as well. If you already have an account with Chase Online, just click Log on. If you don't, click Sign-up.

Once you're in the QuickPay area, please do the following.

Adding a non-Chase account

  1. Expand Options and Settings on the lower left (by clicking it)
  2. Click 'Add an external account'
  3. Enter the requested account information and click Next

Making a payment

Note that you can schedule payments in advance and make automatic repeating payments.

  1. Click Send Money
  2. Choose New Recipient (if you haven't added us yet)
  3. Enter Renegade Technologies for the Recipient Name
  4. Enter billing@renegadetech.com for the Recipient E-mail
  5. Choose the bank account from which to pay
  6. Enter the total amount to pay
  7. Enter the date on which to send the payment
  8. Enter the relevant invoice numbers in the Memo field
  9. Click Next

In-person

For the fastest credit to your account, you can make an in-person deposit at any (JPMorgan) Chase bank branch. Please contact us for the needed account information.

By mail

You can mail payment to the following address:

Renegade Technologies is a US company.

First-class postage is $0.98 and it takes about a week to arrive, so if you choose this option, please send payment well in advance of the due date.

Wire transfer

This service is offered by all banks world-wide and is faster than ACH (usually 24 hours) but there is typically a cost to the sender and receiver. Since we are charged to receive wires, please include an extra $15 with your payment to cover this fee. Contact us for the needed account information if you choose this method.

PayPal

We can also accept payment via PayPal, but must pass on the fees charged to us for receiving payment. Contact us if you'd like to explore this option.
